Sure, playing gigs and releasing records is great but for my money the most satisfying thing that's happened this year is getting delivery of our own Blackbirds FC branded guitars picks.
This is something I've wanted ever since seeing KISS chucking them out to the audience in the late 70's and now, finally after all these years, we've joined the big league.
Every pick purchased also comes with digital download of Rise Up, a favourite from our latest LP Magiclands.
For the more fashion forward, we're also working on a line of Blackbirds guitar pick necklaces and maybe earrings but I need to buy a smaller drill bit to make the holes, so more of that later.

BLACKBIRDS FC
Featuring members of The Hollowmen, Helvelln, and the Vanda’s Blackbirds FC play
their own brand of alt. country rock inspired by the Go-Betweens, The Church and Wilco.
Formed in 2017, the band released the EP Life Sciences in 2018, the LPs Field Recordings in 2019 and Magiclands in 2022.
They are now working on their their third long player for release later in 2024.
